Upon having received your order, we will send you an e-mail order confirmation.

When your order has been processed, we will send you an e-mail.

Normal delivery time from confirmation of processed order:

  • 1 to 3 workdays, for deliveries within Sweden
  • 3 to 9 workdays, for international deliveries within EU
  • 5 to 10 workdays, for international deliveries outside of EU (Depending on customs)

    All deliveries via mail are insured through REK (through the Swedish mail service) up to the value of SEK 5 000:- (corresponding to approximately 500 Euro) for deliveries within Sweden, and up to the value of SEK 2 000:- (corresponding to approximately 200 Euro) for international deliveries.

    If you have not collected your ordered product at the designated pick-up place / delivery agent (post office etc), you will be charged an additional SEK 299:-, corresponding to approximately 30 Euro.

    If you notice damage having occurred due to transport, please inform the

    delivery agent.

If you want to cancel your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible

to and inform us of your intention.

In case you are not fully satisfied, you are entitled to the right to return the

delivered product, given that the following 4 conditions are fulfilled:

1. The returned product shall be in pristine condition and shall not have been used.

2. The product shall be returned in the same condition it was delivered, and

be packaged in such a manner that the returned product is not damaged

during transport.

3. The product must be returned within 14 days after the date your received

the product

4. Returning of the product shall be preceded by an e-mail to stating that you intend to return the product.

Leather colour varies over time, and such variations will not be accepted as a

reason for product return and claim of pay-back.

Also, deterioration of the product due to wear will not be accepted as a reason

for product return and claim of pay-back.

When returning the product, you will cover the cost for shipment / postage

by yourself, however in case the product was damaged at delivery we will upon

return of the damaged product send you a replacement unit free of charge and

also compensate you for your cost for return shipment / postage.
